Please read this End User License Agreement (the “Agreement”) carefully. This Agreement is a legal agreement between you, whether an individual or a single entity (the “User”), and the copyright owner (the “Author”) of the Dawn Launcher software (the “Software”). By downloading, installing, or using the Software, the User agrees to be bound by the terms of this Agreement.
License Grant
The Author grants the User a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, perpetual license to use the Software under the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
License Fees
The User has paid a one-time fee for a license to use the Software. No additional subscription or renewal fee is required.
Restrictions on Use
The User may not copy, distribute, rent, lend, sublicense, or transfer the Software or any part of it; modify, decompile, disassemble, or reverse engineer the Software; or use the Software for any illegal activity or in violation of applicable laws or regulations.
Limitation of Liability
In no event shall the Author be liable for indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, the Software, even if the Author has been advised that such damages may occur. The Author’s total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the User for the license to use the Software.
Termination
If the User violates any term of this Agreement, the Author may terminate the Agreement without further notice. Upon termination, the User must immediately stop using the Software and destroy all copies of it.
